Lend A Paw Program

The LAP program pairs fully trained agility dogs with junior handlers for the duration of BJAC, so that juniors who cannot bring their dogs to camp can still join the fun at BJAC!

Not only does this opportunity provide juniors with an amazing learning experience, but the dogs have a great time with their handlers. Send your dog off to summer camp to play their favorite game in a fun and supportive environment! Owners are welcome to spend the day at camp and to audit sessions, or you are welcome to drop your dog off with our camp directors for the day. We will work with you and the dog’s paired handler to ensure your dog remains happy and safe while at camp.

LAP dogs should be masters-level competition dogs, comfortable working with children, and in a seminar environment. Dogs familiar with backside and threadles are preferred.

If you are interested in letting a BJAC camper use your dog as a part of our Lend A Paw program, please email us at bjac.juniors@gmail.com.
